We will be offering the Successful Servant training in the coming weeks (Jan. 2018). If you are interested please see or contact Pastor Karen -

Based on the belief that we are all leaders in one way or another, we are once again offering a 10-week training session entitled “SUCCESSFUL SERVANT”.
The training begins with a review of the ACC Tenets of Beliefs and Gateway’s Vision, Values and Mission Statements. Following that, we will discuss our gifts and callings and provide an opportunity for participants to find out what their gifts are.
Next we will talk about the importance of observing the spiritual disciplines of prayer, reading and meditating on the Word, and fasting.
We then will discuss what servant leadership is and how we develop as leaders. Some of the topics included personal and spiritual integrity, managing priorities, the pitfalls of leadership and our sphere of influence. We also will include the Plan to Protect training.
Participants are provided with a Leadership Development Plan that they will complete throughout the training. Members of the Leadership Team then will interview and pray with each person. The end result will be an excited congregation ready to do the Lord’s work using their gifts and recognizing their callings.

Congrats to all our 2017 graduates:
